The Executive team

Naizal Ali
My primary objective is to leverage my extensive skills and experience to make a positive impact on an organization’s fleet of machinery and equipment, recognizing them as one of their most significant investments. With a background that spans from the smallest hydraulic machines to some of the largest, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the consequences of operational downtime due to mechanical issues.

My holistic and commercially-driven approach to the tasks at hand sets me apart. I thrive in high-pressure environments, where daily challenges are the norm. I’m accustomed to long hours and round-the-clock operations. In addition to my technical expertise, my soft skills are second to none, with the goal of leaving satisfied customers in my wake.

During my time as a Hydraulic & Electronic Specialist at Diggabits NZ Limited, I took on the role of maintaining, diagnosing, and improving various types of earthmoving equipment, ranging from 500kg to 100 tons. My expertise extended to brands like Hyundai, CAT, Doosan, Hitachi, Kobelco, and more. I was responsible for everything from electronic control boards to hydraulic pumps, engines, and undercarriage maintenance.

My educational background includes a Heavy Diesel Mechanic certification from the Fiji Institute of Technology, complemented by strong interpersonal, communication, and machinery operation skills. I am known for being a hydraulic specialist, ECU specialist, and an expert in undercarriage maintenance. With advanced machinery diagnosis and repair skills, I aim to make a lasting impact on the operation of any fleet I manage.
